Farmers can choose to use the following methods to solve: farmers should pay attention to the regular operation of the septic belt; if the rubber roller and the driving roller are not tightened, the farmer can tighten the expansion bolts at both ends of the driving roller to solve the problem; If the foreign matter catches the problem of clearing the dung belt, the farmer should remove the foreign matter in time.

2. The feeding car does not go: When using the feeding equipment, some farmers' feeding vehicles do not move. The cause of the fault is: driving the wheel, the rope does not move; the positioning plate on the driven wheel is not in contact with the travel switch; the track wheel and the guide rail are squeezed; the motor is damaged.
Farmers can solve the problem by: the farmer can rotate the ratchet of the material, tighten the rope; adjust the position of the travel switch to make contact; correct the guide rails to make them parallel; replace the motor.

3. The chicken manure on the manure belt is thin, the cause of the failure: the chicken manure on the manure belt is thin, which may be caused by water leakage from the drinker; or it may be that the joint at the sink is not well sealed. Another reason is that farmers should pay attention to the presence of chicken diarrhea in the chicken flock. Solution: Replace the drinker; apply sealant to the joint; treat with medication.

4. The egg breaking rate is high, the cause of the malfunction: chicken quail eggs; the eggshell is thin; the claws on the automatic egg collecting machine are broken. Solution: Farmers can choose to use electric shock lines to prevent chicken quail eggs. 5.
