It has been tested and determined that in a high-temperature environment, airflow is conducive to convection heat dissipation. When the temperature is between 24°C and 33°C and the relative humidity is between 47% and 62%, and the wind speed is increased from 1.1 m/s to 1.6 m/s, the egg production rate can be increased. When there is no wind or low wind speed (>0.3m/s), the body temperature of the chicken is equal to the ambient temperature. When the wind speed>0.5m/s, the body temperature of the chicken will decrease accordingly. Therefore, the wind cooling effect should be fully utilized during the water curtain cooling period in summer, and the wind cooling effect should be minimized in winter.
